Anyone can join us, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. You don't need flexibility or strength—just a willingness to breathe and smile. We welcome all ages and fitness levels.

What should I bring?

Bring a yoga mat or towel, wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and bring water. Leave your shoes at the door. Everything else—the puppies, the calm, the joy—we provide.

How long are sessions?

Our standard sessions run sixty minutes. You'll spend the first thirty minutes in gentle yoga, then thirty minutes with the puppies. It's enough time to settle in and truly relax.

Can I book a private class?

What makes an event private?

A private event is yours alone. Your group, your time, your puppies. We close our space to host just you and your guests, making it intimate and personal.

How many guests can attend?

We accommodate groups from two people to twenty. Larger gatherings need special arrangements. Contact us to discuss what works for your group.

Can we customize the event?

Yes. We build events around what you want. Games, photos, cake, music—tell us your vision and we'll make it happen with the puppies as your guests of honor.

Do you have a venue requirement?

We host events at our space or yours. If you bring your own location, it needs to be safe and enclosed for the puppies. We'll walk through the details with you.

What's the pricing structure?

Pricing depends on group size, duration, and what you want included. We'll give you a clear quote before you commit. A deposit holds your date.

Health

Our puppies are healthy, vaccinated, and cared for with the highest standards.

Are the puppies vaccinated?

Every puppy in our care is fully vaccinated and regularly checked by a veterinarian. We keep detailed health records and follow strict protocols.

Is it safe to interact with them?

Yes. Our puppies are socialized, gentle, and used to human contact. We monitor all interactions closely to keep both you and the puppies comfortable.

What about cleanliness?

We maintain a clean environment with regular sanitizing. Hand washing stations are available, and we provide supplies. Puppies are bathed and groomed regularly.

Do you screen for allergies?

We ask about allergies when you book. If you have concerns, we can discuss alternatives or precautions before your session or event.

What if a puppy seems unwell?

We remove any puppy showing signs of illness. Your health and theirs matters most. We'll reschedule you at no charge if this happens.

How do I book a session?

What payment methods do you accept?

We take credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. All transactions are secure and processed immediately upon booking.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due before your session. We'll send you payment details when you book.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel with seven days notice for a full refund. Less notice means you forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is always an option.

Can I reschedule instead?

Yes. Reschedule anytime with reasonable notice. We'll find a date that works for you without losing your deposit.

What's the age limit?

There isn't one. Children as young as three can join with a parent. Grandparents come too. The puppies don't care about your age, only that you're ready to breathe and smile.

Is the space accessible?

Yes. Our studios are wheelchair accessible with accessible restrooms. If you need specific accommodations, tell us when you book and we'll make it work.

What about the merchandise?

We sell apparel, accessories, and gifts on our Merchandise page. Everything carries the spirit of The Puppy Social. Proceeds help care for our puppies.

Is it safe for pregnant women?

Absolutely. Our yoga is gentle and low-impact. Talk to your doctor first, then let us know when you book. We'll adjust anything you need.
